At Beaumode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare products. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we will gladly offer an exchange.
Please note:
- Exchanges are only available for products that are damaged or incorrect.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, you will receive a 15% discount coupon for future purchases with the code REFUND15%.
- To request an exchange, please provide the original invoice within 48 hours of purchase.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, email your invoice and clear images of the defective product to exchange@beaumode.com.
